These terms are a contract between you and Sedrex Private Limited (CIN: U62010MR2026PTC479094), a company incorporated in India (referred to as "Sedrex", "we" or "us"). These terms govern your use of the Sedrex AI application. By using Sedrex you accept these terms.
Using Sedrex
Sedrex is an AI assistant that selects an appropriate model for each request. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account; users under 18 require verifiable parental or guardian consent before use. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Your content
You keep the rights to what you write and upload. You give us the permissions needed to process your content so the service can respond to you. Outputs are produced by AI models and may be incorrect; verify anything that matters before relying on it.
Plans, credits and payment
Plans and top-ups are described on the upgrade page. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Credits are consumed as you chat and expire as shown in your billing settings. Taxes are added where applicable. Refunds for unused credits or plan periods are handled in accordance with applicable Indian consumer law.
Acceptable use
You agree to comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. We may limit or suspend an account that violates it, and we will inform you of the reason when we are able to do so.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Sedrex available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change features, models or these terms; we will notify you before a material change takes effect.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law that cannot be excluded by contract.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Upon deletion, your personal data is erased in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may terminate your access with notice, or immediately in cases of serious misuse.
Your data rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data, to withdraw consent at any time with equal ease, and to nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity (§14 DPDPA). Exercise any right in Settings or by writing to the grievance officer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Jalgaon, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you hold elsewhere.
