Acceptable Use Policy
Version draft-1
Sedrex is for lawful, respectful use. These rules describe what is not permitted on the platform.
Do not harm people
No content that sexualises children, incites violence, harasses or threatens any person, or assists someone in harming themselves or others.
Do not break the law
No fraud, malware, unauthorised computer access, infringement of intellectual property or other rights, or any activity that is illegal where you are located or where we operate, including violations of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder.
Do not abuse the service
No automated or machine-paced use on a personal account, no selling or sharing account access, no circumventing usage limits, no opening multiple accounts to accumulate free credits, and no probing the service for security weaknesses without our prior written permission.
Do not deceive
No impersonation of any person or organisation, and no presenting AI-generated output as a verified professional or expert opinion in a context where that could mislead or cause harm.
Screening and enforcement
Messages and responses may be screened automatically for content that violates this policy. An automated flag refers the matter to a person for review; it is not itself a ban. We may decline a request, restrict an account or suspend it, and you may request a review of any such decision through the grievance officer.
